The Power of an "A Player:" How Top Talent Can Transform Your Bottom Line

TICKETS ARE STILL AVAILABLE!
If you still wish to attend this event, please send an email to awalter@hbsab.org

The power of talent is transformative when harnessed effectively. The influence of one top performer (or bad hire) sends ripples through an organization that can seriously impact a bottom line. In fact, one A Player with the right competencies and experience delivers 400% more productivity than the average performer if engaged and hired effectively. However, most managers have a low success rate when it comes to finding and retaining the people who can create the best results for their teams.  Leadership and C-Suite Executives will discuss how this impacts an organization.

Join us for an expert panel discussion on how to retain and empower talent to create A Players in your organization and benefit your bottom line. Moderated by Colin Kingsbury, President and Co-Founder of ClearCompany Talent Management Software.

The panel will focus on key questions, including:

  • What difference does one excellent hire really make?

  • How can organizations ensure they are hiring the right people to accomplish their corporate mission/vision?

  • Is it possible to eradicate the standard performance bell curve to hire and retain more top talent?

  • How can managers increase engagement among key roles and top talent?

Attending this event can earn Society for Human Resources Certified Professionals either SHRM CP or SHRM SCP recertification credits.
