To be successful today, organizations must innovate, improve productivity, think globally and hire and retain great talent. But leaders of all organizations are challenged by a multi-generational workforce with dramatically different cultural values and attitudes about work among the generations.

Corporate, non-profit, and government leaders must present strong, unified organizations to their respective customers, investors, and other partners. Yet, the baby boomers, millennials, Gen X’rs and all of the other age groups come to work each day with different attitudes about affiliation with the organization, how they relate to each other, how they communicate, and what their expectations are for themselves and their careers.

Highly successful organizations make the most of these differences by creating shared values, goals, and expectations and evolve with their changing workforce.

In collaboration with the Harvard Club of Boston, we invite you to join a fascinating and insightful discussion of what the challenging generational changes mean to organizations and how senior leaders are adapting to these challenges. Learn from the top researchers in the field and from corporate leaders as they share their approach and experience attracting, motivating, and engaging their staff. Learn how they shape the cultural values within their organizations so their employees are fully engaged with their mission.
