Save the date for our return visit to the polo field this autumn! Bring family and friends for tailgating as the Harvard team meets Myopia in the Liberty Cup Tournament.

(Rain date: Sunday, September 19) Register @ Special Rate of $15 / Car Bring your family and join fellow HBS alumni and friends for an exciting polo match and picnic on this Sunday afternoon in September. Our first visit was phenomenally popular last year, and attended by over 150 HBSAB members and guests. The Liberty Cup match will be played on historic Gibney Field, at the Myopia Hunt Club. This is the oldest active polo field in the United States.
Bring a car load of family and friends and see the excitement of a fast-paced polo match. Cheer on your favorite team. Watch the game from close to the sidelines as you enjoy drinks, snacks, and a picnic lunch. There will be a short demonstration and explanation of the game just for the HBSAB group at 2:30 PM, one half hour before the game begins at 3:00 PM. Schedule: -
Tailgating start time 1:30 pm -
Please register in advance. We are required to get a car count in order to secure our exclusive, group arrangement. Your name will appear on the list of registrants at the Myopia Polo entrance gate. -
Special notes: Dress is smart casual. Bring outdoor chairs, food, drinks, and other picnic supplies (like a day at the beach). The HBSAB group will be together, for a party. The entire family is welcome. Don't forget to bring sunscreen and a hat. -

Gates open at 1:30pm, for early tailgate party - please try to arrive no later then 2:30pm -
Game: 3:00 (prompt) to 5:00 PM -
Brief awards ceremony following the game. In the event of a game cancellation due to rain or wet field conditions, please dial (978) 468-1019
mid to late morning on game day for a pre-recorded "no polo because of rain or wet fields" message.
The game is usually NOT cancelled due to cloudy conditions or "possible showers"
