Salary Negotiations: Aligning Your Interests -- and Lining Your Pockets with Phil Gordon
Career Track Event, HBS Aldrich 111 (map/directions)
Negotiating salaries probably doesn’t happen for most of us very often, but when it does, knowing how to reap the fruits of our labors can be vital for building a strong foundation and career success.
Philip Gordon is an experienced employment attorney, and serves as the Managing Partner of The Gordon Law Group, LLP. Philip frequently represents executives in employment negotiations, from their initial employment through their promotion, moves resulting from mergers and acquisitions, and in some cases, separation and severance arrangements.
In addition to salaries, this program will discuss the legal and practical implications of executive employment relationships from the Executive's perspective. Join us to learn about how matching and documenting a set of success metrics often provides keys to a successful future with a chosen firm.
Philip is a graduate of Bowdoin College and earned his J.D. from Suffolk Law School. Phillip has been honored as a Massachusetts Super Lawyer in 2007 for the fourth consecutive year (as published in Boston Magazine and in Massachusetts Super Lawyers, Nov. 2007), and Top 100 Lawyers in Massachusetts in 2005.
